I have been working on this project since 2005. Most of my launches will occur at Lake Whitney State Park where there is a small dirt landing field next to camping sites that makes for an easy morning launch. As long as the President is not at his Crawford ranch, the launches will occur at or near sunrise. Not sure what happens after his term is up but I will figure it out then. The primary mission of the launch is to take pictures of the curvature of the Earth showing the thin layer of upper atmosphere that separates us from the darkness of space.

My wife has been wonderful throughout this project. Her encouragement and support has gone a long way in helping me with this project. Thanks sweetie, you are the best.
